Paul K. Pearce, Jr. was born in Fort Benning, Georgia on November 2, 1950. He was admitted to the Bar of the State of Texas in 1976 and was subsequently admitted to the U.S. District Court, Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas , as well as the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. He was educated at East Texas State University , having received a B.S. degree in 1972, and the University of Houston School of Law, earning his J.D., magna cum laude, in 1976. While in law school, he was a member of Phi Delta Phi honorary legal fraternity and Order of the Barons honorary legal scholastic society. Mr. Pearce is a member of the Dallas Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas.
